Well there are a lot of these drugs going around the world all the time, and very seldom does anything like this happen. I just don’t want people thinking that drugs aren’t safe.

Weird, I wouldn't think that cocaine was the drug of choice to stay stuck sitting in a closet size pilot cabin doing nothing but checking on the auto-pilot.
From the title it seems to be a mandatory requirement in order to fly again. Would a flat surface be enough? or must it be those BA specific requirements?
