First they came for the Arabs and i did not speak out, as i wasnt an Arab. The attacks on human and civil rights, in particular the right to protest did not start with Trump. They have been alive and well throughout US history. With the recent crackdowns against protests for the human rights and safety of Palestinians, the Biden administration gave Trump the reassurance that this is an unprotected group that can be used as blueprint for further normalizing and escalating these kind of attacks, which now spread to LGBT and will eventually spread to every marginalized group.
The only way to oppose this is by standing together against all political elites and their enforcers, as they are all complicit in the same system.
