I love how lately, we need to clarify that the US is a free country, as if it wasn't a given.
Was a free country, until we clean house and restore rule of law.

Well, unless you have a way to check that every single user on the internet is not a velociraptor, it's not a given.
I just like being clear about myself.
(It's also very annoying when people keep calling you velociraptor just because they saw jurassic park and think they know how a velociraptor looks like)

The whole reason that the White House Press Corps was set up was to provide a way to shape the news by providing access.
If access isn't being provided anymore, do something better with the time.

- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.
