I still wish she had stayed longer on Doctor Who as well! I always enjoyed the character, and it seemed like they stopped using her not long after they figured out how to write for her.
Yeah, the unrequited crush story did not do her any favours, but they left her in an interesting place.
I wish they had cleared that story up in the first few episodes, or maybe not had it at all! I thought the episodes once she was with UNIT were very good. BBC, it's still not too late for a UNIT series!
The War Between the Land and the Sea looks to be just that, but sadly Freema-free.
True, I had forgotten about that one. I'll probably watch it once it comes out unless reviews are very negative. I still need to catch up on Doctor Who as well though!
