Dems need to learn how to fight dirty.

They know how to fight dirty. It’s just only directed at their left flank.

It’s too bad that the republicans didn’t publish their plan well in advance of the election. That might have been very useful for planning a counter strategy.

A website is too obscure, you would need them to have had YouTube videos with the plan, along with internal training sessions.

It annoys me that they’re too afraid to call a spade a spade. Start calling out what his acts are. Start calling for more unionizations and protests. Be the voice of the people. But those actions will cut into their money generation and they’re too afraid to do that.

They were very loud about Trump bringing on the "end of democracy" and fascism during the election. Now... crickets.

It's funny how many people want to downvote this fact, but no matter how you slice it the difference between the pre-election messaging and post is deafening.

This whole situation stems from them trying to ride that line of pleasing their wealthy masters while also paying lip service to the working class even though these things are in direct conflict with one another. Time and time again they chose to protect the wealthy and now we're all paying the price.

Democratic leadership with these old ass blue dogs is just pathetic.

Unfortunately his (or his advisor's) strategy seems to work as intended. Does anybody have any ideas, how to counter this barrage, or how to not lose sight of the important stuff?

With recent supreme court rulings there is nothing the law can do to stop him because he is immune while acting as president. His goons are effectively immune as well with preemptive pardons. We’ve reached an impasse where the law is no longer relevant. Short of armed rebellion I don’t see a way out of this.

I agree, I was talking more specifically about the strategy of just churning out a barrage of outrage-inducing news that are meant to strengthen the feeling of fatigue and hopelessness with the intend to suppress any meaningful resistance.
