Feed the Fed's DEI report channel email into this

https://asu.campuslabs.com/engage/organization/college-republicans-united-at-asu/contact

Use bot agents to fill out as many plausible forms as possible so they have issues finding real people looking to report.

No, ICE was a step too far when it was created in the wake of 9/11 and largely given carte blanche to do what they want in the name of border security. Fuck them.

No. Literally tearing innocent people from their homes and ripping families apart, cruelly imprisoning them, and forcibly discarding them in a country they have either never been to or fled for their own safety as though they were nothing more than a bag of steaming dog shit, is too far. Any fucking moron that believes otherwise should be the only ones actually getting deported

Not even far enough, goose boot.

[-] TommySoda@lemmy.world 18 points 2 months ago

But snitching on your classmates or trying to get them deported isn't?

Use temp emails, and wait for the verification to go through on them before closing them.

I need a lot more time to think about whether or not to sabotage the reporting system, but here's some metacognition:

  • There's an ick factor (and maybe a grave sin, still to be determined) in using active deception to interfere with government stuff.
  • So far, I have not confidently determined that there's no situation where deporting someone is a good thing that would be made too difficult by the sabotage. Only 90% sure.

Would you rather deport 10 people for no reason at the cost of not deporting 1 that deserves it? Would you rather execute or imprison 1 innocent than not execute or imprison 1 deserving? ICE will hit a point where legal citizens are also reported to a place they are not citizens. Pick your ratio of what is acceptable but the innocent will be hurt.

If it wasn't clear before this election it must be obvious now. The majority of the government is the enemy of the people who live in this country. They are doing everything they can to keep us down, having just enough that we don't revolt. "Active deception to interfere with government stuff" is a moral good, certainly not a "grave sin".

[-] BradleyUffner@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

Not far enough.

I say we actually do report everything to ICE. Only instead we report the all the cops and politicians, flood their systems with their own disgusting faces like a mirror of humiliation

This is for posts that I care most about people seeing if they want to see posts from me in particular.

Instagram is especially annoying pooprietary software, so I don't want any of my things to be Instagram-exclusive. Initially, my strategy to mitigate incentives for viewing my Instagram account instead of my Lemmy account was just to not make Instagram-exclusive posts. Then I realized that this results in curation and reduced clutter that are both Instagram-exclusive, so now "dullbananas highlights" on Lemmy will be the exact same set of posts that's on Instagram.
