Hate to break it to you, but what politicians say before elections and what they do afterwards are only vaguely associated, not actually correlated. Trump is fine with concentration camps. Who is going to staff them? If he forces the National Guard to do it, the people in the National Guard arn't going to be too happy, it's not fun work.

I think you have to take your citizens back. Eg Venezuela has to take back their Venezuelan citizens.
But yes there's going to be a huge problem proving or accepting they are Venezuelan. I don't know how much paperwork they brought with them.
Extradition treaties have to be negotiated. You can't just stick 50,000 people on a bunch of airplanes to Caracas and drop them off.
Maybe not at this scale, but Republicans have already been bussing and flying people for a while now. Martha's Vineyard ring any bells. This isn't extradition, it's deportation. They just just want these people out of their hometowns.
Flying people internally and sending them to another country are very different things.
Extradition is if you commit a crime and flee to a different country, the first country can demand the second country send them back to stand trial. Sorry you have your terms mixed up. But anyways, don't think you can turn back your own citizens. That's kinda the whole point of citizenship.
