Only in the sense that some people call pets that live together siblings heh.
My mom's friend had Eddie (big one on the left) first, and then after him reaching adulthood with undiminished puppy energy, she got Murphy so he'd have someone to play with.
It totally worked! They love playing together and he's much less rambunctious outside of playtime lol.
