I don't know why this happens for you. I can zoom in and it looks fine (now using the image upload of my instance):
As you can see, I am looking at the actual image that is on ibb.co (imgbb). So this is direct from imgbb.

I was under the impression you had to PAY for imgbb these days, after they borked all my torrent screencaps. Perhaps you can see it because you're logged into your imgbb account?
Okay, I now checked the link on my phone and it is actually blurry as hell. That's weird.
