Maintenance trams are often repurposed passanger wagons too. You need the team to sit somewhere on the way, tools and parts on securr shelving, stuff like that. Often pulled behind a crane wagon.

Are these much quieter than transport trucks? A double tanker drove down the street the other day as i was waiting to cross and transports really are quite loud.
