About 50 years too late, considering how bad the zebra mussels and alewife’s have gotten, but I guess better late than never.

I'm not too well informed when saying this but I hope Canada also comes through and signs a joint agreement with the US in protecting the Great Lakes as it would be a win-win for both Canadians and Americans alike!
