Agreed, inch forward is better than a mile backwards. This is the first time that the DEA has budged on this at all since their inception in the 1960s.
Just because we didn't get everything we wanted in one fell swoop doesn't mean that it's not moving in the right direction. This is a sign that they were cracks forming in the dam and that means that there are more coming.
Progress doesn't happen overnight, you have to hammer and chisel away at it until you get through.

I can't believe in just 6 years, it will be an entire century after Anslinger launched his anti-cannabis disinformation campain, and our policies and social attitudes are still informed by his propaganda.
