This one’s for the untied stats, get mald euros and the rest of those countries in the world you know who you are

It’s US pres Bush Jr declaring, with full assurances from all trusted intel sources, that he (a frog that looks cute) will NEVER be ballin.

The next panel shows that he is in fact ballin, as the frog is on the court, basketball in hand, ready to throw down. Bush Jr is shocked as an aide whispers in his ear that a second ball has swished the net; this occurs while he spreads propaganda for his education reform in a class of elementary students (no child left behind).

This is clearly not a direct analogy to WMDs in Iraq and definitively not related to 9/11
