So what is sorghum used for?

I keep driving by fields of it, I think? Kinda looks like short corn with antennae?

My favorite molasses is made from sorghum. Best on biscuits. Also used in animal feed

You can also use it to make gluten free beer! It's not half bad.

TIL! currently doing mead ferments right now, I'll have to look into doing a sorghum beer next year
