Bonjour, wanna guillotine some Nazis? Luffy kinda reminds me of Tintin I read when I was a kid.
Having watched all of One Piece so far, I can confirm that Luffy would 100% punch a Nazi senseless (he basically does a few times).
He'll also help liberate your society if you give him some meat.
