Going to war isn't fascism. Fascism is not a label that means "I think they did something wrong".

They are a union of the bourgeoisie of imperialist nations to defend their bourgeois and colonial interest . Fascism is capitalism in decay. And imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism.

If capitalism was the reason then there would be a lot more flags in the image - including Russia. Probably has something to do with a current event....
