Leftover roast fennel + veg pasta. I'm starving! After reading all the stuff about tinned fish earlier I think tomorrow I'll cook up a frittata with pink salmon and broccoli
I'm thinking along those lines too. Toasted cheese sandwich with as much cheese as I can possibly fit in it.
Spaghetti bolognese and a side salad. I have some pear so I might do pear, walnut and balsamic dressing on the salad.
Home made jimmy grants style Mr p souvas with the left over lamb roast from the other night.
Thanks for reminding me of my sweet potates. That is what I shall have.

Pasta broccoli. Felt like pasta and vegetables so combining them.
I’m torn between having fish fingers or making 2 minute noodles and some defrosted dumplings tonight.
