Has so far included content from Warsandpeas, Mr. Lovenstein, SMBC, Loading Artist, Low Quality Facts, nixCraft, ElleGray, and other interesting or provocative stuff I've random'd across on Mastodon.

$80-$120k is like mid-level. My expectation of devs at the mid-level is that I can give you a project that you might be successful, you might not, but that’s okay. You’re also not in critical systems or a first responder, because that’s a senior level position.
