Jimmy doesn't understand what a joke is.
It's only joke until someone's dead serious.
It's usually not a joke and they are too big of a coward to say what they want to say.
Its only a joke because no one is laughing, that's how this coded "humor" works.
If there is more context to show this is transphobic and not anti-transphobic, it isn't clear in the single screenshot here. All I see is someone making fun of transphobes and another person who doesn't get it.
