Normal oven. Mine has a "bread" setting that only uses the lower element and has higher temps. I did moisten the outside before baking it.
Oh. Don't mind me I've never baked bread before but I'm thinking about it and I've seen a lot of recipes that suggest using a Dutch oven. If you're still on reddit check out r/breadit.
Yeah I cooked bread for the first time in like May I think? And I used a Dutch oven, worked great!
