https://odysee.com/ is blockchain-based, built on LBRY. It appears to have similar features for discovery, interaction, etc. as YouTube. Still testing it out personally to see how it actually performs though!
Curious what do they need a blockchain for?

Overall I find the UI much nicer than youtube too. Like the video doesn't stop playing as I navigate around the site. Very fresh. Plus you'd have no idea the back end is decentralized and on the blockchain
