I'm lucky that my cptsd isn't bad, but I still get flashbacks and stuff. And whenever I see someone who looks like my abuser I seize up (it's not great when there's a famous nerdy director who he looks like and mirrored his whole persona off of...) But it's good that you can now consume media in a safe environment.
I watch movies early in the morning when I have time to myself
Sounds fun! I have a bunch I've been meaning to get through.
