The song is in German. But more importantly, why are you getting any ads? Use adblockers. No amount of convenience in any app you're using makes up for the inconvenience of having to watch ads.
The only good one is blockda, which now of course you have to pay for
What? ublock works great, you just need to use youtube in Firefox.
On mobile without root it's the only option.
