A man who was denied access to an Air Canada flight because of the size of his wheelchair says the airline is trying to appeal a judgment by the Canadian Transportation Agency.

Agreed. Only if it's managed by the gov should it have the name Canada on it.

"Canada Dry" has been owned by an American company since 2008, they lost their right.
