In short:

Teachers are speaking up about the influence of an online male movement known as the "manosphere" on their classrooms.

Some teachers say they have noticed a rise in misogynistic attitudes among students, and have experienced physical intimidation and verbal abuse.

The Australian Secondary Principals' Association says the influence of the manosphere is a "worrying trend", but has emphasised most students do the right thing and most classrooms are safe.
