"Western" nations average 5'9" to 6', so yeah, Mandy (Inego) is about average height, like 2.5" taller than average for Spanish people.
That just depends on your geographical location and gender. He's not even above average where I come from, he's perfectly average. I feel pretty short at 5'10".
