Last month, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board reprimanded the Bank of Canada for using GardaWorld employees to replace striking security personnel. GardaWorld also offers a range of physical security services to companies whose employees are on strike. These services include, in particular, managing access to construction sites blocked by picket lines and “crowd control.”

I guess we're back to private armies "crowd controlling" workers.
