Well despite the issues with the chain of evidence, and not reading maranda rights, key evidence of the gun and notebook were admissible. Those were going to be significant hurdles in his defense

But the chain of custody failures fundamentally undermine the gun and notebook as evidence. I don’t understand how they are just letting that whole argument go.
