At risk? ICE is demanding papers from citizens. They put ankle monitors on refugees with legsal status. They are detaining and deporting oeople because they "look mexican". They "accidentally" deported citizens. Theyve killed people, both in their prisons and openly in the street. I think we're a little beyond at risk.
