He gamed on a 4GB GPU, and feels that AMD screwed gamers again in 2026.
Why
Because 4 GB was not much VRAM 10 years ago. It is absurdly little today.
What does AMD have to do with that?
They designed it and chose the specs, MSRP, and most importantly decided to use the same name rather than something like RX 9040/9030.
Though even for the 8GB, compare this to criticism around nVidia's RTX 5050 for its pricing (slightly better performance and lower MSRP than RX 9050 8 GB). nVidia had controversies with same-name cut-down parts as well.
Ah yeah, they really seem to enjoy confusing the absolute shit out of their customers for some reason.
My guy. Just watch the video if you care that much. AMD is releasing a 4GB video card in 2026. It predictably sucks ass.
I don't care that much. Your summary vindicates my decision not to watch the >1 hour long video.
