I think you mean 2nd Amendment, 1st is free speech. The 2nd is right to bear arms. But you're otherwise 100% correct. If I were in the district/state he would have my vote. If we can put a pedophile in the White House, we can surely put this guy in Congress.

Bullets cost money, so bullets are just a way of projecting speech. Finally, a way for the average person to "talk" to a politician where they'll actually listen.
