Because I have a very active fulfilling life. I dont want TV or the news. I last movie I watched was about 10 years ago.

No, employed like any other person.
But outside work Im a volunteer firefighter, teach soccer to kids, do a lot if hiking with the local group, swimming at the local club, volunteer for scouts, volunteer for other big organisations. This keeps me very busy and anchored in reality, no time for bs in my life.
If something does not bring me joy, I will not do it, life is too short for that.
