Lots to consider in that diagram alone. Indeed, I'm a little surprised that post-WWII, there didn't seem to be a significant curriculum about recognising the seeds & mechanisms of fascism. Not in the States anyway, and if I understand correctly, in Europe it was moreso the history of recent, significant fascism that was taught, not so much a dive in to its causes and inner workings, which IMO went right back to the terrible propaganda effects of PEZ in the modern era. Pity.
Shoot, I could have used that option the other day. Unfortunately (and arguably I did make a key mistake), I got deeply offended by one community's userbase reaction to a post of mine, and abandoned what had been an ongoing posting project meant to revive a stagnant community, which had otherwise been met with flying colors.

The same is true for Brazil and, I suppose, most of Latin America. We are "taught" about European fascism and nazism only as "Italy elected Mussolini and Germany elected Hitler, and that was bad". Considering that the continent was swept in a series of dictatorships soon after WWII, it's no surprise.
There is a very good reason the states don't do a deep dive into fascism as part of education. It is the same reason critical thinking is not taught until college.

I can go on a bit about the American Revolution myself. It was just a corrupt business plot to take over the colonies. Once you realize it, everything else falls into place.
Care to expand on this? Never heard it described this way. I know it was a revolution by the gentry not peasants but I don’t think that makes it a business plot.
It was a plot by wealthy people to take over the colonies. The colonists were not rebellious. I discovered this reading primary sources in the form of diaries and journals.
The so called taxes only affected a small percentage of colonist and was far less than what the British would pay in England. Try looking up the sons of liberty. It was a lot of lies and terrorism that started the rebellion.
Care to share these primary sources? You claiming wealthy people seeking to take over colonies as opposed to the middle to upper class rising against the British government is a big claim. Especially since the wealthy in America would have had control over the colonies, they just sought to be represented. Therefore this claim seems nonsensical.
It's not just taxes it's no representation. Not everyone could vote. Those that owned land could and wanted representation.
Are you arguing that terrorism against the British empire was a bad thing? You appear to be arguing that the wealth sought to push against the British for control over the colonies, which is essentially the basic American origin story.
Not trying to fight with you, would love to read a primary source that shows otherwise. As opinionated of the current state of affairs as I am, I still believe in the words that my ancestor spoke stating give me liberty or give me death...

You are clearly struggling with a lot of propaganda you have been fed. Good luck with that.
