I don't know about the rest of the boob havers around here but I quit doing cartwheels the first time my tits hit me hard in the chin doing a cartwheel. Safety consciousness takes some of the whimsy out of it.
My boobs don't do that bc they aren't as big as yours, but with the droopage of my advancing years they might soon. I'm more worried about landing wrong and breaking a hip.

hmmm. They're pretty close to the center of mass in middle age. I fear the best you could hope for is a separate, but you'd have to be booking it
Or just spin horizontally for a while?
I do an annual forward and backward summersault just to see if I still can. Backwards is possible, but I’m starting to make creaking sounds
