Monitor and TVs are very different.
Yes. Usually TVs are cheaper because they record you and your usage habits and sell that data
My original comment was about normal monitors and smart monitors. Smart monitors are more expensive because of the added software and chip hardware.
Isn't a smart monitor an oxymoron?
I thought the whole reason to buy a monitor was to get something dumb
