That's Boxxy, and you don't use that adjective for Boxxy. That's prob 480p early YouTube.
I recognized her, but for the record most cheap digital cameras in the 2000s up to and including the original iPhone were VGA standard resolution which is 640x480. So everything was 480p back then.
