I don't get why gas prices haven't spiked yet. It's been months since the strait closed but gas prices have actually climbed down in LA. I routinely see prices under $5/gal when a while back it was creeping up to $6.

Plenty of stockpiles, and investors up until now expected Trump to either come up with a deal or chicken out.
Things might start changing now though.
