The pay of CEOs in fortune 500 companies is somewhere between 0,01 and 0,05% of all expanses. Management as a whole is 10-25%, management pay is 1-5%.

Dividends make up somewhere between 20 and 50% of company net income, which is usually 10-20% of total expanses, so most companies spend 2-10% on dividends (which aren't classified as expenses).
