They have a Sweet N Hot mix that works great in brat pockets.

Get some tin foil.
Put a pack of brats (the kind that are already cooked/need to be warmed up - like Johnsonville or whatever) on the middle of the foil (leave enough room to fold up into a packet)
Chop up some sweet n hot peppers, and an equal amount of white onion - put that on top.
seal up the packet, bake at 350°F until heated through
