If I could stay up all night and sleep at day it would fix me
Have you considered remote work on the opposite side of the planet?
If they're anything like me, it would be heaven at first, then they'd slowly adjust back to normal. It's a circadian rhythm issue tied to sun levels
...no like live where you can match your circadian rhythm and work remotely in a place tha it lines up with. Most office/teaching jobs dont have a night shift.
Ah, yeah now that's a big brain strategy there
