That's why the only steaks i eat are those that can be prepared somewhere between medium and well done, the rest are better in a stew anyway.
I did eat a few small pieces of "well done" beef and while it was ok the fact that it was still bloody in the middle almost made me vomit.
bloody in the middle isn't well done.
that's brunt from frozen.
I rather have my meat cooked. Fully herbed and sauced and spiced to perfection.
