First, the latter. We could discuss about this but here's it's even against the law.

Regarding the former: the city of Munich was literally full of them. Now they're down to some but like a few percent of the original amount. Seriously they were clogging up everything.

I can not imagine them all suddenly being reused in China. But it's a nice thought.

Oh, when you said landfill in China, I assumed you were talking about rental scooters in China lol. I know nothing about the rental scooter situation in Germany.

Regarding the law: If its a bad law, enforcement is also bad, and it should go unenforced until the law is updated.
