You remembered! The plot thickens, hooks are being placed, backstory breadcrumbs are slowly revealed - I like it. I'm still surprised I enjoy the sketchy art style as much as I do, it works well here.

Not sure if these are intentional or not so just in case:

Page 19, bottom right panel - is it suppose to be "Lutnent" (stylised speech/name) or is it typo for lieutenant?
Page 27, bottom right panel - I think you missed "you" in "are (you) out of (...)".

Again, really interesting chapter. Can't wait for more!
