Is this the fixer upper you mentioned yesterday/day before?
Nah, decided against it, as much as I liked it, there was just too much uncertainty behind it on how much needed to be fixed up. This one is smaller but recently done up. Huge backyard I can plant fruit trees, treehouse for little one, etc.
Sounds great! Land tax if and when you get it. No, not the gubbermint land tax - our land tax.
