Her vocabulary is intimidating.
The only thing intimidating was saponification, which was the point of dropping that word. Otherwise the rest was mundane.
Unless you know that sapo- means relating to soap. As in sapone / savon / săpun / σάπων / сапун / صَابُون / صابون
Even if I knew that sapo- meant relating to soap, I don't know enough about soap or chemistry to know how that sentence relates to soap.
No, saponification sounds like it's tasty.

It's not though, it's the conversion of a fat into a soap.
