Yes, and also every country has Arby's and things called "Big Montana" because we all just love and respect the US so much.

Arby's is present in an odd mix of countries including the aforementioned Canada and Japan, and also Costa Rica, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Turkey.
