Once monarchy/oligarchy has removed rule-of-law enough .. then law only means anything when it's law-against-the-power-minority .. & that's what's being seen, more & more.

There's no point in pretending otherwise: corruption's lordhood in many countries won't tolerate competition, not by rule-of-law, not by other-factions, not by civil-rights, not by anything.

That's why destroying corruption's rule, is a survival-issue, for countries wanting to be viable in the strategic-future.

Who's got the spine to do it?

Not Russia, not "Israel", not the US, not Argentina, those are certain..
