MODERATORS
I think the main difference is that you can't subscribe under a different plan (including annual billing for $100 for the year instead of $10/month). Not sure what the higher tier subscriptions are good for, either, though.
IIRC, the higher tier subs have better deals in the shop and... I think there were a couple things we didn't care about.
