If the wax seal has never been broken and it's been kept in a cool pantry or cellar, I'd 100% eat it.

If you cannot verify either: chuck it.

As best as I can tell, the wax is still has no cracks and it's been stored in the beer fridge this entire time

It's not been stored correctly though for aging. It's not even the oldest cheese I've eaten though.
