If you genuinely want to lessen your consumption of porn, disabling NSFW is the best way to do it.
you do know, that there is a "Show NSFW content" setting in your account?

Your point of view here is always wrong. You ALWAYS protect access to the NSFW content regardless of your own frequency of use, because the nut jobs always come for it first, and you're not far after.
